1. About the Service

Novah Labs ("we", "us", "our") provides a data-driven statistical analysis platform focused on European football. Our proprietary scoring engine processes publicly available match data — including form, goal averages, BTTS rates, and over/under markets — to produce model-based analytical outputs.

These outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Novah Labs is not regulated by any gambling authority and does not operate as a gambling service.

2. Eligibility

You may use this service only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally permitted to access statistical analysis services in your jurisdiction
• You understand that any use of this information in relation to betting is your sole decision and responsibility
• You are not accessing this service from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

3. No Gambling Advice

Novah Labs explicitly does not provide gambling or betting advice. The terms "pick", "edge", "confidence", and similar language used on this platform refer exclusively to statistical model outputs — not to guaranteed outcomes or recommendations to bet.

Past statistical performance does not guarantee future results. Any financial loss resulting from actions taken based on our analysis is the sole responsibility of the user. We strongly encourage responsible gambling behaviour and recommend using dedicated responsible gambling tools provided by licensed operators.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Novah Labs reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Access & Telegram Delivery

Upon successful subscription, access to our private Telegram channel is granted using the contact details provided during registration. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials or Telegram channel content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, scoring methodology, software, and branding produced by Novah Labs is our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone) solely for account creation, service delivery, and support. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely via Supabase and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

By registering, you consent to receiving service-related communications at the email address provided. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@novahlabs.io.

8. Limitation of Liability

Novah Labs provides its service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our analysis. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the subscription amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or unauthorised sharing of subscription access. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
